SMS Terms

  • Program. Pavilion team members send one-to-one text messages about your inquiry, such as scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and answers to your questions. We do not send marketing blasts.
  • How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by telling a team member by phone or in person that you agree to receive texts. Providing a phone number alone is not consent.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency may vary and depends on your conversations with us.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one message to confirm, and then stop sending you text messages. You can opt in again by replying START.
  • Help. Reply HELP for help, or email support@pavilioncollection.com.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
